We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Returns requested after this period will not be accepted.
Seasonal Items: Please note that seasonal/holiday items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Condition of Return: To be eligible for a return, items must be returned in their original condition, without any signs of use, wear, or damage.
- Return Process:
- Email our customer service team within 14 days of your order to initiate a return at contact@micatcollections.com. In your email include the order number and issue with the item.
- Package the item securely and ship it to the return address provided.
- The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Refund Policy:
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process a refund for the item.
- The refund will be issued minus the original shipping costs.
- Please allow a few business days for the refund to be processed.
While we strive to not make mistakes, if we accidentally shipped you an item different from what you ordered, contact us immediately, return the incorrect item, we will ship you the correct item and pay all shipping costs (original and return shipping). Our mistake should not cost you.
